• Helping women and men heal after breakups and difficult life transitions,
• Helping women and men reconnect with their Spiritual Source, and help them know that things will get better,
• Helping women and men discover their inner strength so they feel calmer, breathe more easily, get to sleep through the night and start rebuilding their life.
• Helping women and men through sudden loss, grief, diagnosis shock, illness, Relationship problems, phobias, and stressful changes in life, work or family.

 Through Counselling or Therapy, you may find emotional support and help for your issues.  I use a blend of Client Centered Counselling, Gestalt Therapy and Family Constellations with cutting edge Energy Psychology Methods --especially EFT-- tools to achieve freedom from anxiety, trauma, stress, breakup, grief, abandonment, anger, depression, diagnosis shock and feel calmer, breathe more easily and gain rapid symptom relief.
